COB液晶屏模组铁框设计规则

COB液晶屏模组铁框不用斑马条的壳G=2.5mm(含EL 背光源);用斑马条且带LED背光源的壳G=3.0mm。采用斑马条连接的模块,壳加压痕,否则不加。压痕长度A>LCDP 引线长度。两压痕中心距B=LCD屏小片宽度+LCD屏单边电极长度。筋高>=0.3.高度:根据客户要求而定。F≤30.0mm,E≤7.0mm。铁壳上应加两个定位用的小柱,规定为宽0.8-1.0mm。铁框内腔长宽尺寸公差(L,W)= LCD(长,宽)+0.2mm(间隙)。公差值以LCD PITCH 值为参考,当0.6 <PITCH≤0.8 时选取+0.1/-0;当PITCH 值>0.8 时,选取+0.15/-0。整个铁框长宽(L,W)=LCD(长,宽)L,W+[0.2mm(间隙)+2 倍材质厚度]。


COB液晶屏模组铁框的PCB 以上高度(即PCB 到铁框顶面的高度)≥3.0mm(LCD 单片厚为0.7mm),OR≥5.5mm (LCD单片厚度为0.7mm ,LED为侧部光)。 且保证LCD与背光的间隙为0.5mm(MIN)当铁框为中心对称时,铁1 称,(中心两边爪钩方向相对设计)。当铁框为非中心对称结构时(如可视区位置),应适当增加防止方向安装错误的结构,可适当增加单边或双边定位柱,当为双边定位柱时,定位柱中心定位尺寸应不能相同。


COB液晶屏模组铁框加工说明:表面处理:静电泳黑漆或按用户要求。壳厚标注:一般采用0.6mm 厚度或按用户要求。板材标注:冷压钢或按用户要求。硬度: HV5 105~HV5 126。


COB液晶屏模组铁框公差要求:公差一般为±0.1mm,定位尺寸公差为±0.05mm,压痕凸起公差为±0.05mm,但LCD电极PITCH较大时,P>0.5mm 及外壳对LCD屏彩虹无影响者,可不遵照此尺寸公差。设计时切记配合公差的标注。对于导电橡胶连接产品,要考虑LCD、FRAME、PCB 之间的配合对位问题,以方便制作装配。



Design Rules for Iron Frame of COB LCD Module

COB LCD module iron frame does not use zebra strip shell G = 2.5mm (including EL backlight); with zebra strip and LED backlight shell G = 3.0mm. The whole length and width of the iron frame (L, W) = LCD (long, wide) L, W+ [0.2mm (gap) +2 times material thickness].

The height above PCB (i.e. the height from PCB to the top of the iron frame) of COB LCD module is more than 3.0mm (LCD monolithic thickness is 0.7mm), OR is more than 5.5mm (LCD monolithic thickness is 0.7mm, LED is side light). The clearance between LCD and backlight is 0.5mm (MIN). When the iron frame is symmetrical, the iron 1 is weighed (the direction of the claw hook on both sides of the center is relative designed). When the iron frame is a non-centrosymmetric structure (such as the location of the visual area), the structure to prevent the incorrect installation of direction should be added appropriately, and the unilateral or bilateral positioning column can be added appropriately. When the positioning column is a bilateral positioning column, the central positioning size of the positioning column should not be the same.

COB LCD module iron frame processing instructions: Surface treatment: electrostatic swimming black paint or according to user requirements. Shell Thickness Marking: Usually 0.6mm thickness or according to user requirements. Plate marking: cold-pressed steel or according to user requirements. Hardness: HV5 105 ~ HV5 126.

COB LCD module iron frame tolerance requirements: tolerance is generally (+0.1 mm), positioning dimension tolerance is (+0.05 mm), indentation protrusion tolerance is (+0.05 mm), but when the LCD electrode PITCH is large, P>0.5 mm and the shell have no effect on the LCD screen rainbow, it can not comply with this dimension tolerance. Keep in mind the marking of tolerance when designing. For conductive rubber connection products, the matching and alignment between LCD, FRAME and PCB should be considered to facilitate the production and assembly.
